This measure reports the percentage of diagnostic imaging orders entered at the practice by a licensed healthcare professional who can enter orders into the medical record per state, local, and professional guidelines.

Setup Requirements

There are no setup requirements for this measure.
Denominator

Diagnostic Imaging Orders created in Prime Suite by an eligible clinician or provider during the measurement period except:

  • Standing orders until they are officially ordered
  • Orders with a future date until the order date arrives
  • Orders with a status of Cancelled
Numerator

Laboratory orders based on a procedure code in the 70000 to 79999 range and created from one of the following:

  • The Plan section of a Note

  • The Results section of a Note
